Currently I am Backend Developer in Paytm with 1 year of experience.
First offer which I recive was from Qualcomm with compensation

	Base - 14 lakhs INR
	Retrials - 1 lakhs INR
	Bonus - 3 lakhs INR(2year clawback)
	Reallocation bonus - 50K (2year clawback)
	RSU - 12Lakhs INR(vested over 3 years)

then after 15 days I have recieved offer from MakeMyTrip with compensation

	Base - 16 lakhs INR
	Retrials - 50K lakhs INR
	Reallocation bonus - yet to be decided
	Stocks - 1.5 lakhs INR

Since this is my early stage of carrer I am looking for better carrer goals and better learning.
Also keeping in mind which company will make my Resume better for my future.
Any help will be appreciated
