Hi,\n\nI got selected into two companies, Microsoft and Disney+ hotstar. My current CTC is 25LPA [all fixed] and I\'m confused which company to choose.\n\nMicrosoft is giving me 22.3 LPA as Fixed plus 20% performance bonus + other variables leading to 41LPA. \nvs\nDisney+ hotstar is giving me 32 LPA as Fixed and other variables leading to 47LPA.\n\nMIcrosoft, being a tech giant has many positive aspects and has various perks, good work life balance, great culture. Although the overall package is much higher than my current, I\'m just worried about the fixed component as it is less than my current.\n\nOn the other hand disney plus is paying more and the work life balance is little compromised but it has great learning opportunities being one of the biggest OTT platforms in India.\n\nI would really appreciate a non biased honest perspective. Should i go for microsoft or disney+ hotstar?\n\n\n\n
