Base: 110,000 USD

Bonus: 15% (Base bonus will increase based on performance).

LTI (Long Term Initative) = 6400$ (This is just like RSU, but US bank does not give stock and just hands out cash). The longer you work for US bank your LTI increases. What I have mentioned here is for year 1.

Extra: Health Insurance including eye, and dental & 4 week paid leave (non-rolling) from year 1.
