38LPA base + 2L joining bonus + 1.25 relocation(re-imbursing travel, stay and logistics)
7L ESOPs over 4 years (1 year cliff = 1.87L/year)
1.5L Other benefits like EPF, Gratuity, etc not counted in Base.
CTC: 42.x LPA

CoinDCX: Complete WFH
35LPA base + 3 L Joining Bonus + 4 L ESOPS
CTC: 42LPA

This is WFH and they're saying they are expecting an answer in 1 day. Also, have another offer of 33LPA with 31LPA base + 1L joining + 1L ESOPS. They said they can raise to 37 but can't do more than that.

Please help me understand if this offer is appropriate. I don't have much idea about the market. Any comments would be appreciated.
