Targeted variable pay : 1.75 lacs ( 10 % of base )

Total 1st year compensation : 17.5 + 3.5 + 4,68,105 ( for 6000 USD ) = 25.68 lacs

CTC : 17.5 + 3.5 + 16.63 lacs ( for 21000 USD) = 38 lacs
