Total comp (Salary + varibale + Stock): ~31.1 LPA

Could someone please help me in understand, is this fair as per standards?
and HR told me that base can go upto 24.5 but not sure about that, after i mentioned my ongoing interviews?
And what about the work culture at Walmart?

Currently working as FTC with one of the E-commerce, here have a chance to convert as FTE.
