What do you guys think about the offer? My interviews had went really well. Recruiter did mention that this offer is negotiable.
She mentioned she can take my base to 30 but then the committee might reject the offer as they dont offer this much to someone with my level of experience, also the appraisal might be less.  Upon asking, HR did mention that they will try to increase the LTIs that is offered.
