• Education: B.Tech in CSE from NIT Durgapur
• Years of Experience: 2 Years 9 months
• Prior Experience: Wipro (6 months) Qualcomm(2 Years 3 months)
• Prior Compensation : Base : 12.5 L, Bonus : 3L, Stocks:- 10K usd vested over 3 years,
• Previous TC :- 17.9 L (For current Year)
• Date of the Offer: June 2022
• Company: Texas Instruments
• Title/Level: Engineer (Same as SDE 2 )
• Location: Banglore
• Salary: INR 2600000
• Relocation: Reimbursment of All Bills
• Signing Bonus:INR 500000 (First Year) + INR 500000 (Second Year)
• Stock bonus: $10k USD vested over 4 years (25% Each year)
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus 20% of Base [5.2L] every year.
• Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 26L+5L+5.2L+2.6L (10K USD / 4 converted to INR) ~ 38.8 Lakhs (for first year), 38.8L(second year), 33.3L (3rd Year)
• Benefits: Health Insurance, Meal Card, Internet reimbursments, Car Lease Policy, Fuel reimbursments etc
• Other details: Negotiated once, original offer was 24L as base. I have been given 2 days to accept or decline the offer.
