Today I got an offer from Rizzle,

• Education: B.Tech in CSE from NIT Durgapur
• Years of Experience: 2 Years 9 months
• Prior Experience: Wipro (6 months) Qualcomm(2 Years 3 months)
• Prior Compensation : Base : 12.5 L, Bonus : 3L, Stocks:- 10K usd vested over 3 years,
• Previous TC :- 17.9 L (For current Year)
• Date of the Offer: June 2022
• Company: Rizzle (SilverLabs)
• Title/Level: Engineer (Same as SDE 2 , Backend Team)
• Location: Hyderabad
• Salary: INR 2600000
• Relocation: N/A (As it's currently WFH, they may provide relocation once office starts.)
• Signing Bonus:INR 200000
• Stock bonus: $15K USD vested over 4 years (25% Each year)
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus up to 400000 every year.
• Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 26L+2L+4L+2.9L (15K USD / 4 converted to INR) ~ 34.9 Lakhs (for first year), 28.9Lakhs(from second year)
• Benefits: Unlimited Paid leaves + Sick Leaves, Health Insurance, Meal Card, Internet reimbursments.
• Other details: Negotiated twice, original offer did not have signing bonus and the Base offered was 17L. Then they made Base as 18 and JB as 1. Then I got an offer from TI , they offered 24 as base and 5+5 joining bonus, upon providing this offer rizzle upped the package to 26 Base as 2 JB.

Should I accept the rizzle offer or Texas Instruments offer should I wait for other offers.
