I need advice with two offers that I am currently holding.

   TC: 65 LPA

2. Postman : (Intelligence Team)
   TC: 50 LPA + Esops

I would like to consider growth, culture, wlb and career progression.

How are the Postman ESOPs valued?
Having heard a lot of negatives about Amazon, is it still worth it?

Any pros and cons would be really helpful.
