I recently appeared in on of the hiring drives conducted by microsoft for cosmos DB for Bangalore.

YoE: 3+ years
Got an offer for L61 level.

Base Pay: 30L
Joining Bonus: 10L (6L initially + 4L on 13th month)
Stocks: 80k$ vested around in 4 years equally
Performance Bonus: 3L on average (10%)

Current TC:
Base Pay: 32L
Share Options: ~60L (75% vested)

Confused on whether to join or pass the offer. Please help with the team culture and WLB
