They are actually lowballing the offer since I have seen others getting 50K$ stocks and joining bonus. They said I should not expect more with such a low offer. Worst recruiter experience. Rejected the offer. Its good not to accept it if it doesnt meet the expectations, did\'nt want to degrade myself.\n\nUpdate : Received an offer from Paypal for 61 LPA and honestly did not even negotiate to get this offer. It was solely based on interview performance. Certainly did the right thing of not choosing ServiceNow under pressure of current salary or offer. Thanks to LeetCode platform.
