I've received offers (verbal) from Google (Cloud) India L4 for Full stack role (most likely it's going to be frontend) and Shopee Singapore for Senior Frontend engineer and I want your help in assessing which one would be better.

YOE: ~3.5 (IIT - Non CS)
Current TC: 29LPA (Non FAANG product base)

Google (Cloud):
Fixed: 41L
Performance bonus: upto 15% (6L)
Joining Bonus: 5L
Stocks: $110k for 4 years, front loaded (33%, 33%, 22%, 12%)
Extras: 5L relocation, employer PF (~2L) + gratuity extra, googler benefits
First year comp: ~80L + (5L relocation) + (~2L PF) => ~88L

Shopee Singapore:
Monthly base: 8.2k SGD
Performance bonus: 2-3 times of monthly base (16.4k SGD)
Stocks: 1,40,000 SGD
Joining Bonus: NIL
One time relocation: 4.5k SGD
First year comp: 150,000 SGD + 4.5 SGD => 87L and 85L (+ hike) onwards

I want to understand which one I should opt for.
Priorities are

1. Compensation
2. Growth and Learning opportunities
3. WLB (Shouldn't be like Amazon / Uber)
4. Benefits
5. Brand name (I wouldn't have cared about this if not for Google)

I worked hard to get a Google offer but I also want to relocate outside India.
