Is it worthwhile to leave a well-established company for a startup (unicorn)?
Please suggest.
Though I requested that 38 be fixed because I do not believe in any company's policies because if they change, my recurring bonus will be lost. I'm waiting for their response.

Update**
They have revised the offer:
base: 35 + 3 recurring bonus* (can be converted into a variable in future but appraisal will be on 35+3 only);
ESOPS: 17.5L

Also waiting for Cloudera to release their offer. No negotiation has happend yet but they are asking me to work on angular (my preference is Reactjs). What should I do.
