Hi people,

Need help on what would be the apt compensation for Amazon SDE I role, Bay Area.

I was interviewed for both the levels SDE I & II, and the team is interested in extending SDE I role.

Currently, I have overall 4years of experience in the USA, but I have been working under different roles over a period of time, like front-end engineer, then back end engineer, database engineer.

So, what would be the idea right base salary, sign-on and stock compensation for this role?

Any thoughts or suggestion are appreciated!
