I've offers from Salesforce Hyderabad and PaloAlto Network Bangalore.
Both are offering almost same CTC in between 65-70L [base+bonus+rsu] for around 9.5+ years of experiences.
Also, both are on almost same tech stack.
I just wanted to know, about below before accepting the offer letters:

1. Work life balance ?
2. Growth ?
3. Any refreshers stock [they told based on performance] ?
4. Additional benefits if any ?
5. Any PIP program, and stability ?
