Should I go for it or not, HR mentioned that this is the maximum they can do on the comp part

Update: I have got another offer but from a different Team and different location within Microsoft only. Same Level - 60
any Idea what happens in such situation, will i be given choice ?
I have accepted the first one as I received it last week. But I am more intrested in the work and Location for the second one.
