Hi guys, I am a 2022 graduate and I\'ve offers from DE Shaw India and Google Warsaw. Very confused as to what to join.\n\nEducation: Tier 1 CS in India\n\nDE Shaw:\n\tLocation: Hyderabad, India\n\tBase : 25 lpa\n\tJB: 3L\n\tTC: 28 L\n\t\nGoogle: \n   TC for first year comes out around 47 lpa including stocks + joining bonus.\n   \nI am inclined towards DE Shaw because Google offer seems low and haven\'t seen much reviews for Google Warsaw. Also, I am unsure of how much I\'ll be saving in Warsaw. \n\nPlease help me decide. Thanks!
