Please help evaluate if its worth saying yes to.\n\u200B\nCollege: Tier 3 college India\nWorkday Dublin:\nYoe - 5 yrs\nJob location - Dublin\nBase Pay: 86000 EUR annual gross pay\nTitle: Software Engineer(distributed systems)\nTotal Target Incentive Bonus: 10% \nOn Hire Stock Award: 110,000 USD which will vest over a 4 year period at 25% at your year one anniversary and 6.25% every quarter thereafter.\nJoining Bonus: 10,000 euros\nRelocation: 1 month of stay + help with house searching + flight tickets to Dublin (there was an option of asking for an upfront relocation bonus but that would have been taxed, also i dont know the country it makes sense to avail the services.)\n\u200B\nWould really appreciate inputs in evaluating this offer.\n\u200B\nThanks!
