Hi I recently have received two 2 offers from 2 different Startup for backend role.\n\nCurrent org - A fintech Startup \nCollege : Tier 3 \nCTC - 17 LPA\nYOE : 1.5 YRS + 6 months  internship \n\nOffer details are below\n\n- Seed funded Fintech  \n  Base: 20 LPA + ESOPS ($1000) + no benefits , might increase the ESOPs a bit more if i negotiate. \n  Location:  Bangalore ( NO Remote)\n\n- Series A funded in Logistics Space \n   Base: 30 LPA + standard benefits\n   Location:  Remote\n   \n   Can anyone tell me which company would be better to join for career progression ?  Does picking ESOPs over cash make sense?? \n   \n\tAny advice is highly appreciated . Also if you specify some reasons or experiences backing your choice it would be great.
