Which one to join as new grad\n\nEducation : Tier-1, ECE (2022 grad)\nExperience: Internships\n\nCompany 1: Amazon\nTitle: SDE-1\nTotal comp (Base + Bonus + Stock): 25.6 LPA for 1st year\nBenefits: Standard Amazon Benefits\n\nCompany 2: Quadeye (HFT)\nTitle: Backend Developer\nBase - 18L\nJoining Bonus - 2L with 18 month clause\nMinimum garunteed bonus - 2L\nTotal comp ~ 24 LPA for first year\nBenefits: Free Food\n\nother details \n- both are offcampus\n- interview process of quadeye was 2 times harder than amazon. Quadeye(7 rounds), Amazon(4 rounds)\n                      \n\nI\'m confused which one to join\nWhether a Amazon(big brand) or Quadeye(small team with high growth)\nI heard that wlb is quite hectic in quadeye, even HR told that, its standard in hft firms. About Amazon, I don;t know wlb as I\'m not assigned any team yet.\nI\'ve to take decision today as joining is in some days. \n\nI have consulted some of my seniors(working in google/amazon), they haven\'t heard of quadeye and told me to join amazon. I was bit confused.\n\nCan you people share your thoughts regarding this ?
