During salary / level discussion I informed the HR that I have a relatively low TC and I don't have any counter offers to negotiate and requested her to consider my new salary based on the level not on my previous TC.

I know the Stock component could be more (around 100K-120K), I pointed this out to her but couldn't negotiate for more stocks.

I am totally satisfied with the offer and planning to join Microsoft soon.
