Quick background:

• Myself Tier-1 grad with ~1 yr of exp in product based organisation
• Have compensation of 18Lpa ( 15 cash + 3 non-cash)
• I dont want esops, First priority is cash in hand

Now I have seen people getting 21Lpa from 10 Lpa from my org as well as on Leetcode
But I couldnt ask for more than 18 LPA fixed
In some companies where process is going i have asked for 17Lpa fixed

Am i lowballing myself? Please help.
