Hi Guys,

I have offers from Company A and B.

A has offered : 20 LPA Base salary + 4 lakh bonus
B has offered : 24 LPA Base salary + 3 lakh as bonus

But I want to join company A, considering the domain and Tech stack they use.
Both companies have same brand value in their respective domain.

Now, I have 3 weeks left in my last day.

How should I start negotiation Process with them, Please suggest
