I got a call from MS India Recruiter that I am selected.
Current Compensation : 12LPA
Current YOE: 1.5 years

Microsoft Offer:
L60
Fixed: 17 lakhs pa
RSU: 45k$ / 4 year (25% each year)
Joining Bonus: 0
Bonus: 20% target (10-12% is generally given)

I don't have any other offer at this time. It this a fair offer or lowball by MS?
