Date of offer: 19 May, 2022
Compensation: 62L (45 fixed + 5 joining bonus + 6 first year retention bonus + 6 second year retention bonus)
Performance bonus: 10 percent of fixed = 4.5L
First year TC: 60.5

This is the first offer I have received so far. The compensation is more than my expectation but I have heard bad reviews for Genpact. Please suggest me if I should accept the offer or keep looking for more.
