What is a good salary to ask for, please include cost of living, and other factors, is 120k base a reasonable amount to ask as base, along with 5k joining bonus and 10k in stocks ?

Current Base : 25 LPA
Stocks : 13 LPA
Years of experience : 2+ years

Working at a fast growing fintech startup currently
