   Base : 28 lpa - (Initial offer 22 after showing informatica offer 28)
   Location: Noida/WFH
   Joining bonus : 1 lac + 1 retention bonus
   Stocks : 1 lpa worth stocks vested over 4 years

2. Informatica - Senior software engineer - UI
   Base : 26 lpa
   Location: Bangalore
   Joining bonus : 2 lacs
   PF + retirals : 2 lpa
   Variable bonus : 10% of base (2.6 lacs)
   Stocks : 14000$ USD vested over 4 years

Please help me decide which one to choose.
