I'm really confused on how to choose which company should I go for.

My info :
3.11 years experience (service based MNC) senior Java developer
current ctc : 11LPA

Offered comapny name and roles:

Informatica (Performance and product security role) : 19 Base + 1 lakh PF+ 1.9 lakh 1 lakh Joining bonus + 16000$ for 4 years

American Express(Product Developer - Java): 22 base + 1 lakh PF + 1.5 lakh variable + 2.5 lakh joining bonus

I'm looking for WLB >> Learning >>Money

Please suggest which one should I go for?
