Hi All,

I needed some advice and wanted to have some discussion about company switch. So I thought to indulge with the leetcode fam as they might help.

So basically I was a tier 3 college student, got placed from college in 2016 and started working for the MNC.
I have been working in C++ and company's proprietary language and tools since past 6 years, but two years back I got inclined towards React and worked on an partly on an ongoing project in company and I liked it. Now I have also worked on Node on my own and have been liking it a lot too. So basically I enjoy working with JavaScript.

Now I want to switch to a better company with a better pay according to my experience and in JavaScript ecosystem. Wanted your help to understand that is it possible and how much hike would I be able to grab from my 17.5lpa package presently. The only issue is that I do not have a full-fledged experience on JavaScript as industrial experience all I have learnt is based on working on projects myself.

Please advice.
