I have got offers from Morgan Stanley and accion labs , accion labs CTC is 28.5 LPA, Morgan Stanley is 27.6(Includes 2 lakhs Variable) , is Morgan offering good package, shall i try to re negotiate with them, to increase the CTC a bit more, i have around 5.9 years of experience
