Lacking in preparation some how managed to get the first offer (Interviewed for Senior post but got SDE 2).

Joining in next week, **What should be strategy to get competitive offer **(Extend joining and appear for more interviews or join prepare better for next interview) ?

Also Looking for company with good WLB with decent pay (if not much), How much I can get for this much experience ?
