Hi,
I recently got offer from GS, Banglore, India for Risk Associate Engineer. Compensation details:
Fixed: 32 LPA
Bonus: 7 LPA

Education: MTech Tier 1, BTech Tier 2
Work Ex: 1.6 years

Current CTC including Bonus: 26 LPA

So I wanted to know the if the compensation justified? I have heard things that GS have really poor work life balance, but also that it depends from team to team. Does anyone have idea about the work culture of Risk Team? Is the work load like 12-14 hours a day?
Will it be easier to switch after GS?
