Finally after spending last 5 months preparing and giving interviews for companies- FB (London), Google, Myntra, Adobe, Amazon, OCI... I have finally recieved 3 offers (Adobe, OCI and Amazon) and awaiting for 1 (Google)

Need genuine advice on these parameters:

1. Growth
2. Work Quality & Work Life Balance
3. Culture
4. Brand Value(if needed, how easy it will be to switch to other companies after some years)

My career information as well as all the offer details are shared below:

Myself:

• 9+ years of product dev experience
• currently working as tech lead
• current CTC ~48 LPA
• Location: Delhi/NCR

Offers in hand

• Adobe: (Computer Scientist - 2)

  • CTC: 90 LPA + 5L joining bonus
  • Fixed: 68 LPA (Including PF, Retirals and Annual Bonus)
  • Stocks: 90 L (25% first year, then 6.25% every quarter) ..total 4 years
  • Location: Noida
  • Got such hike from Adobe because of OCI offer

• OCI: (IC4)

  • CTC: 80 LPA + 5L joining bonus
  • Fixed: 60 LPA (Including PF and Retirals)
  • Stocks: 1200 RSUs (around ~20 LPA)
  • Location: Remote(team in Bangalore)

• Amazon (SDE II)

  • CTC: Saying they will offer more than the Adobe offer
  • Got the call recently that I have cleared all the rounds.
  • Location: Bangalore (I am asking for remote)

• Google (L4/L5)

  • Completed last of the 5 onsite tech rounds yesterday
  • I think will have my googlyness round in next week
  • 3 Tech rounds went good, 1 was avergae, 1 was below average....still hoping I get the offer :)
  • Location: Bangalore

I have very few days remaining in my notice perioid, need genuine comparison of these offers on the params I mentioined above....Also I think Amzon SDE II is lowball as my exp is 9+ and leading a team for last 3-4 years already...
