Current CTC - 22 LPA + 1 LPA as SSE -1
Compass offer
Base - 35 LPA
Bonus - 3.5 LPA
Stocks - 20 L Vested for 4 years
Relocation Bonus - 1 L
Total Compensation for 1st Year 43.5 LPA
Refresher stock from 2nd Year 11000$
Currently no other offer in Hand.
Need to evaluate should I join Compass. As I see lot of bad comments related to WLB and hire andd fire policy.
