I recently cleared interview at Adobe for the position MTS2. I am having 3.2 years of experience and my currect CTC is 12.15. I have got 34L as a CTC, below is the CTC breakup,
Fixed: 20.5L
Variable: 2L
Stocks: 8.5L
Joining Bonus: 3L

Should I go ahead and join Adobe?
