Previous Salary - 6.85 lacs/annum
previous company - Fintech Company (Fortune 500 rank under 250)
Offered in Amex - 11 lac/annum

I accepted the offer. Recruiter didn't gave me salary range nor opportunity to negotiate. I didn't had any competeing offer so joined.

Now they have doubled the salary range for those job profiles but I'm getting so less. I am the lowest paid employee in my team.
I am involved in interviewing other candidates of same role but less deserving are getting more than twice what I am getting right now.
