I don\'t have any other offer, need suggestion on this offer. I know the stocks and signon bonus are pretty low considering I have 2 years of exp, can someone please suggest how can I negotiate even further before signing the offer? As of now I have just received the compensation details, and not the offer letter. However, there was some survey in which I have mentioned I will be accepting the offer.
