I am getting 8 LPA as s Software developer in a average prouduct based company which focuses to build on SAAS based ecommerce marketplaces platfotms having around 4k linkedin follwers.
I have received an offer of Software developer of 15LPA in a service based company which focused in custom IT development and services like web development, Mobile application development,etc having around the same follwers 4k.(cannot revealt the organiztions details)

My current employer is not providing me the experience letter as i have a bond of 1 year with them which was mentioned in the appraisal letter to me and they are straight away denying as one former employee also left without the experience letter who was in the same situation as me.
But i need the experience letter as i have worked there for 2 years and that matters to me a lot.

So should i join the new organiztion which is offering me 15LPA as they are saying they don't require the previous experience letter?
So if i join the new organization, what are the ways to request my current employer to provide me the experience letter.
