People here invest a massive amount of time in nurturing talent. At the moment, going through their internship program - did not expect senior engineers/partners to be involved in giving thorough training, everything from SOLID , CI/CD to writing stories, Agile, etc all with hands-on problem statements to ensure that I build the skills needed to be successful on projects.
A heavy emphasis on First Principles approach to problem solving. We've built web servers, json parsers,etc from scratch as a part of the ongoing internship.
Even though the pay is low compared to other comapnies, from what I have heard, they run hikes every ~6 months(or earlier if I do well).
