msft offer:
base:38 LPA
Variable:7.6LPA
stock:100k usd(over 4 yrs period)
joining bonus:10.5 lpa
(all upfront in first month salary)

had competing offer from VISA,SLICE,COINDCX,HELLOFRESH(BERLIN),
JUNGLEE GAMES,WALMART.

but as my previous comp was very low,the msft base was among the lowest but I choose msft as I dont want to move to bangalore and including stock option msft was the highest offer.

i had to play multiple counter offer game to get above offer.

so Guys!! especially for microsoft u need competing offer if ur previous comp is low otherwise they will highly low ball sobe ready to play counter offer game, get as many as offer possibl
