Base- 3400000
Esops- 1800000 (25% on 1st year end then on monthly basis)

Yearly ctc: 38.5L

Also awaiting an offer from Goldman Sachs but i doubt they will match the same.

I have heard work culture at Meesho is great and inputs on the current offer would be appreciated.
