Years of Experience: ~8 years\n\nI have received offers from Google for UXE L4 and Atlassian for UI P4 roles.\n\nGoogle offer:\nJoining bonus: 10L INR\nBase: 34.8L INR\nPerformance bonus: 15% of base\nStocks: 115000 USD (frontloaded = ~33% 1st 2 years and less on 3rd & 4th year)\n\nAtlassian offer:\nBase: ~40L\nPerformance bonus: 10% of base\nStocks: 110000 USD\n(No joining bonus)\n\n--\n\nOf the two, with Atlassian I get to work on similar tech stack I have been working on all this while and with Google it is a brand new tech stack. Responsibilities wise, it is similar both places.\n\nI am looking for some good WLB + a chance to build long term wealth on top of stocks. And as the tech stack is familiar, I can quickly hit the ground running in Atlassian.\n\nWhat do you folks think about the offers / numbers? Please share insights.
