Hey leetcode community,
I wanted to check if the other offers that we possess at the time of negotiation of an offer with a company X be having pay somewhat equivalent to what the X pays? Can I ask for an increase in the pay even the offer that I currently possess pays me 25% less than what is being offered by X?
I am asking this question because I see people getting more than 50% hikes when they shift companies and would the same rule of thumb be applicable here too?
