I was not asked my current compensation or the compensation that I had in Uber.
Got good offer because recruiter was nice, and had already negotiated before bringing the lower offer to me (lucky me :D)
Tip: Be on the good side of recruiter (always be nice) as they are the ones that will fight on your behalf from compensation team :)
