I have got below offer from TimesInternet:

Years of Experience: 7
Prior Experience: Product based startup
Company: TimesInternet
Title/Level: Team Lead
Location: Delhi
Salary: 40LPA (includes 10% variable)
Joining Bonus: 4LPA
Total comp (Salary + Bonus): 44 LPA

Recruitment process was really pathetic and recruiter was very unprofessional to say the least. Had to follow up for more than 3 weeks to get the offer released. And lately understood that it was all around the recruiter who was playing with me by giving one or the other reasons.

I don't have yet any better offer and have also almost exhausted my current notice period.

Is this offer worth accepting or should I keep looking for better ones?
