I have 2 offers from Adobe and OCI (Oracle Cloud)
Which one is better in terms of growth & learniing, wlb and job security? Need help!!

Current Exp :- 9 years in product based companies | B.Tech from Tier 2 College

Offers:

1. Adobe
   Position: Computer Scientist- 2
   Base : 48L
   Joining Bonus : 5L
   Variable Pay : 15% (~7L)
   Stocks : 76L (100K USD) (25% first year ~ 19L)
   TC for first year: 79L + PF + Reterials (~82 LPA)

2. OCI:
   Position: PMTS (IC4)
   Base : 55L
   Joining Bonus : 5L + 5L (next year)
   Stocks : 1200 RSU (25% every year for 4 years) ~ 18L per year
   TC for first year: 78L + PF + Reterials (~82 LPA)

I am currently on notice perioid and need to join in next one month. Would be really helpful if these companies can be rated based on their
1. WLB
2. Work Culture
3. Growth & Learning
4. Job Security
Overall which would be a better choice and why?
