• there stock looks very dicey since competitors like Snowflake / Datadog have eaten up the observability biz, hence ~40% TC in stocks :/
• the person who interviewed me boasted of how good the place is and himself left in 2 weeks XD
• TC is not competitive for lateral SDE-2s in market today.
