I have got an offer from Microsoft, looking for the feedback here. As per HR this is the final offer. I have following queries:

1. Is the level right as per experience? As per my rating I would have got all Hire in the interview rounds.
2. What would be the estimate to get L64 once I join, I know it can vary for individual but in general looking for an average timeline here.
3. I have competing offers for EM (1 Yr. experience as an EM) role which is ultimately my interest, so if I join MS what would be the chance of shaping out an EM role, can one be an EM at L63 or its mandatory to be an L64?
