Previous CTC: 7.2 LPA
CTC : 21.7 LPA
Base: 17LPA
Performance Bonus: 170,000
Stocks: 7143 after 1 year based on performance.
It'd get multiply upto 3x based on your performance.
No joining and relocation in this case, but this is still way more than I ever expected.
